About Smriti Singh, D.O., MPH
I’m an osteopathic physician passionate about helping people live their healthiest lives. After years of working in the Emergency Room, I realized that while I could address urgent medical issues and save lives, I was limited in helping patients tackle the underlying factors preventing them from reaching their optimal health.
Many patients face both acute and chronic conditions that go beyond what the ER can treat, and I wanted a way to provide care that goes deeper. That’s why I created this practice: to offer therapies and medications that are precise, personalized, and tailored to each individual.
As a DO, I believe in treating the whole person and using thoughtful, evidence-based modalities to support the body’s natural balance and resilience. A DO is an osteopathic physician who, like an MD, is a fully licensed medical doctor but trained with an emphasis on holistic, patient-centered care and the body’s musculoskeletal system. DOs use both conventional medications and osteopathic principles to honor the body’s inherent ability to heal and regenerate itself. My goal is to partner with patients to optimize wellness, prevent illness, and help them achieve their highest level of health.

“I was having knee pain for 6 months. It came suddenly and was pretty acute. I’m an avid yoga practitioner and generally active, so it caught me off guard. So I gave Dr. Singh a call. She recommended Prolotherapy joint injections. I felt relief within a few days. Feeling so much better now. So glad I found Dr. Singh.”
— Jyoti Dwivedi“I’ve played tennis and run for years, but the last six months I had this nagging pain on the outside of my right knee. Dr. Singh is an amazing doctor. She was very patient and took the time to explain all my options. Before the shots, I couldn’t even do a basic lunge without pain, and a week later I was doing lunges no problem.”
