Trailhead Wellness Medicine provides boutique, personalized, evidence-based therapies designed to help you feel, perform, and recover at your best while optimizing longevity and healthspan.
Unlike a busy primary care office or large clinic, you’ll work directly with me, a dedicated physician, through cash-based, self-pay concierge care. Every treatment is lab-guided, evidence-based, and tailored to your goals, with ongoing monitoring and adjustments to support long-term wellness and longevity.
Our boutique wellness programs include:
Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT): Personalized testosterone, estrogen, and bioidentical options to optimize energy, mood, vitality, and support healthy aging, guided by lab results and evidence-based protocols.
GLP-1 & Metabolic Support: Safe, monitored therapies like tirzepatide for weight management, metabolic health, and improved healthspan, delivered through our personalized concierge model.
Peptide Therapy: Customized protocols for recovery, muscle health, anti-aging, injury repair, and longevity, with close monitoring
At Trailhead Wellness, our goal is simple: direct, concierge, evidence-based care that empowers you to reach your full potential, maintain long-term health, and optimize your longevity and healthspan. Every program is structured around lab-guided dosing and ongoing support.
Whether you’re looking to improve wellness, enhance performance, optimize longevity, or address chronic concerns, our boutique, cash-based, self-pay model ensures high-touch, precise, and evidence-based guidance every step of the way.
About Me
I’m an osteopathic physician with a deep passion for helping people feel and function at their best—not just in moments of illness, but throughout their everyday lives. My journey began here in the Bay Area, where my family settled in Pleasanton and I grew up attending Amador Valley High School.
After completing my undergraduate studies at NYU, I went on to earn a Master’s in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, where I developed a global perspective on health and prevention. I then returned home to attend Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Vallejo, followed by residency training in Emergency Medicine in Philadelphia.
Practicing in the ER taught me how to think quickly and act decisively in critical moments—but it also revealed a deeper truth: many of the conditions I treated could have been prevented or better managed with earlier, more personalized care. Years in emergency medicine have shaped my approach and ultimately led me to build a practice focused on optimizing health, longevity, and overall quality of life.
I’m especially excited to return to my osteopathic roots—honoring the body’s inherent ability to heal and regenerate itself. As a DO, I believe in treating the whole person and using thoughtful, evidence-based modalities to support the body’s natural balance and resilience. My goal is to partner with patients to optimize wellness, prevent illness, and help them live a long and fulfilling life.
