This is customized lifestyle coaching, not medical care. Together we look at your nutrition, exercise, daily activity, sleep, recovery, and overall stress. The goal is to reshape your life around habits that actually hold up over time.
Recommendations are built around your routine, your preferences, and your goals, so small changes start to happen naturally and the results become permanent instead of temporary.
This program also works well for clients who are on a GLP-1 prescribed by another provider and want extra support navigating nutrition, exercise, and habits alongside it. It's just as effective for clients who aren't on a GLP-1 at all.
